Golden Years Home Care is seeking compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to provide in-home senior care across San Diego County. You’ll help with daily living activities, ensure safety, and engage clients through meaningful activities.

Travel up to 25 miles may be required, and flexibility with shifts is a plus. We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay ($18–$20/hr), and opportunities for weekend fill-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required or can be obtained through us.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 25 miles.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housework and meal preparation.
• Run errands, shopping, and offer companionship to clients.
• Support clients with incontinence and dementia care and safe transfers.

• Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities:

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
