Job summary
Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to provide in-home support for clients across San Diego. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being, tailor activities to clients' interests, and deliver compassionate companionship.
Requirements include 18+, 1 year caregiving experience, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, full vaccination or exemption, TB clearance, Live Scan, and CA HCA certification (our program can obtain it for you).

- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs

- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
