Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will ensure safety and well-being of clients in their homes, provide personal care, and assist with daily living activities.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay $18-$20 per hour, bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins, and flexible schedules. Full-time, part-time, on-call and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
