Job summary

Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to help provide safe in-home care for our clients in California. You will tailor activities to each client's interests, ensuring safety, health, and wellbeing in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, shopping, errands, companionship, and support with incontinence and dementia care. Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available across the Carlsbad area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
