Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking compassionate, patient, HCA-certified caregivers to provide in-home services. You will support seniors with daily living, companionship, and personal care, ensuring safety and dignity in their homes.

We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour, and opportunities for weekend fill-ins. Valid HCA certification and driver's license preferred; travel within 25 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
