Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to provide compassionate in-home senior care in California. You’ll focus on safety, health, and well-being while tailoring activities to each client’s interests.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($18-$20/hr), a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, and opportunities to earn bonuses for on-call or weekend shifts. Join us to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
