Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in San Diego, CA. If you love helping others and delivering quality in-home care, this is a rewarding role.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, errands, companionship, and assisting clients with ADLs. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification available through us.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
