Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers certified as HCA to join the team and provide in-home support to clients. You will focus on safety, health, and well-being, and tailor activities to individual needs for meaningful engagement.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old with caregiving experience and a valid CA Home Care Aide certification (can be obtained through us). Valid driving, vaccination status, and a TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

• $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
