Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring caregivers with a passion for serving others and a valid HCA credential (or ability to obtain one through us). You will provide in-home care, support clients’ safety, health, and well-being, and tailor activities for meaningful engagement.

Requirements include 18+, 1 year caregiving, valid driver's license, vaccination or exemption, TB test or clear X-ray, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
