Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in San Diego, CA is seeking compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team and help seniors live independently at home.
As a caregiver, you will deliver personal care, light housework, meal prep, shopping, errands, and companionship, with flexible full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts and travel within the area.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience

- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
