Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers in California to join our team. You will help clients at home with personal care, light housework, meals, and companionship, while promoting safety and well-being with a flexible schedule including full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts.
Requirements include being 18+, at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver’s license, full vaccination or exemption, TB test, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and CA HCA
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
