Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join the team. The role includes performing x-ray procedures, maintaining equipment, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour week with 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends. TN licensure, BLS, and ARRT preferred; MA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• TN State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage intake processes.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients through treatment steps.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure patient safety and shielding guidelines.
• Take vital signs, history, medications, allergies and other pertinent information.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient transfers as needed.
• Document patient visits accurately and maintain equipment in working order.
