Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role includes performing x-ray testing, maintaining equipment, and supporting Medical Assistant duties.

The position offers full-time schedules with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, along with benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma, BLS, and a TN X-Ray license; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• TN State X-Ray License is required.
• ARRT Certification is preferred.
• Medical Assistant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting or exam areas.
• Communicate wait times and treat patients with care.
• Assist with radiology procedures and patient preparation.
• Document vitals, history, medications, allergies, and history.
• Assist with patient transfers and with supervising provider procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and imaging procedures.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions to supervisor.
