Job summary

CityMD is seeking a certified X-Ray & Medical Technologist to produce high-quality X-ray images following established protocols. The role requires documenting encounters in the EMR promptly and assisting physicians with procedures, EKGs, and coordination with Aftercare and radiologists.

The ideal candidate will have graduation from an accredited X-ray Technologist program and 4–6 months of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy urgent care

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited X-ray Technologist program.
• 4-6 months experience as a X-ray Technologist.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read instructions from physician and determine X-ray needs.

Responsibilities

• Take reliable X-ray images following CityMD protocol.
• Document encounters accurately into the EMR in a timely manner.
• Assist physician with procedures and EKGs where needed.
• Coordinate imaging studies and referrals with Aftercare and radiologists.
