Job summary

VillageMD is seeking a X-Ray & Medical Technologist to perform radiographic imaging and document encounters in the EMR. You will assist physicians, coordinate with care teams, and support aftercare referrals in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited X-ray technologist program, 4–6 months of experience, and strong communication skills. BLS certification and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited X-ray Technologist program.
• 4-6 months experience as an X-ray Technologist.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform common X-ray studies with efficiency (Chest, Extremity, Spinal, Abdomen).
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR and coordinate with care teams.
• Assist physicians with procedures and CLIA waived tests as trained.
• Maintain supplies, QA logs, and communicate test results to patients and providers.
