Qualifications

• 1+ year veterinary experience or education is required or preferred.
• Team-oriented approach to work and patient care.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records according to hospital policy.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas.
• Perform physical assessments and record observations.
• Prepare estimates for procedures and discuss financial commitments with clients.
• Explain follow-up and home care instructions to clients.
• Stock clinic areas and inform inventory when items need reordering.
• Care for surgical materials and keep the operating room stocked and ready.
