Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Urgent Care Tech in Bloomingdale to support fast-paced ICC and Express Care sites. You will assist nurses and providers, perform venipuncture, IV insertion, vital signs, injections, and specimen collection while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Comfort working in high-acuity environments is essential. Expect shifts across days, with opportunities for growth in a physician-led team focused on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• EMT-Paramedic certification required.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• ITLS certification a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in an acute care environment.
• 1–2 years of IV starts, blood draws, and injections.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care to ICC and Express Care patients under RN/PA/MD supervision.
• Assist with venipuncture, IVs, vital signs, injections, and wound care.
• Triage patients and determine level of care needed.
• Document care in EPIC and complete checklists.
• Maintain inventory and department cleanliness.
