Duly Health and Care seeks an Urgent Care Tech to support ICC and Express Care patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. You will work alongside RNs and mid-level providers to deliver timely, safe patient care and assist with IV starts, blood draws, and injections.

Candidates should have EMT-Paramedic certification, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years in acute care. The role offers part-time hours with varied shifts in Westmont, IL, and relies on meticulous charting in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in an acute care environment.
• Experience starting IVs, drawing blood, and administering injections.
• EMT-Paramedic Certification required, CPR/ACLS/PALS required.
• ITLS certification a plus.
• Phlebotomy certification within 6 months of employment may be required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN, PA/NP or physician.
• Triaging and determining urgency; assist with ICC/Express Care patient flow.
• Draw blood, start IVs, administer injections as directed.
• Assist with wound care, splinting, dressing changes and post-procedure care.
• Document procedures and patient data in EPIC; monitor rounds and vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transport as needed.
• Maintain inventory and department cleanliness; restock supplies daily.
