Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg is seeking an Urgent Care Tech to support high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment. You will assist licensed providers, perform essential procedures, and help coordinate care across ICC and Express Care locations.

Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic certification required.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years in an acute care environment.
• Experience starting IVs, drawing blood, and administering injections preferred.
• ITLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care to ICC and Express Care patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist RN/PA/NP or physician to support patient care and improve outcomes.
• Perform venipuncture, IV insertion, vital signs, wound care, and injections as directed.
• Triage patients for urgency and determine appropriate care level.
• Document care activities in EPIC and maintain clean, stocked work areas.
