Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hinsdale is seeking a Medical Assistant for Immediate Care to support urgent care teams. The role involves handling high-acuity patients, performing venipuncture and IVs, taking vital signs, and assisting with procedures to ensure efficient patient flow.

You will triage patients, coordinate care with RNs and providers, and document results in the electronic medical record while contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must-have clinical certifications and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in acute care settings and IV insertion, phlebotomy, and injections preferred.
• ITLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care under RN/PA/MD supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform venipuncture, IV insertion, vital signs, injections, and wound care.
• Triage patients, coordinate with care teams, and document assessments in EPIC.
• Maintain supply levels and department cleanliness; participate in quality improvement.
