VillageMD is seeking a Scribe Tech to document patient visits accurately in the EMR and support physicians with basic care and procedures. You will help manage patient flow, labs, and inventory while maintaining DOH compliance and delivering excellent patient service.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, with medical assisting or phlebotomy training preferred. This is a fast-paced urgent care role with growth opportunities within VillageMD’s network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program and/or phlebotomy certifications are a plus, but training will be provided.
• Excellent bedside manner and professional demeanor required.

Responsabilités

• Capture accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits in EMR in a timely manner.
• Assist physician with basic patient care and medical procedures.
• Direct patient flow, manage inventory, and follow up on lab work.
• Ensure site lab compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while following established protocols.
