Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an Urgent Care Rep in Tampa, FL to deliver outstanding customer service and support the urgent care operations. The role includes registering patients, collecting charges and payments, and guiding patients and clients with information across multiple systems.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in healthcare or customer service. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a rotating schedule and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support urgent care operations by obtaining accurate patient and client information.
• Complete accurate and timely registrations.
• Collect and post charges and payments.
• Work in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Answer patient and client questions.
• Distribute information to patients and clients including medical records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
