Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Panama City Beach, FL, is seeking FT and Flex Physician Practice Representatives (Front Desk) to greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage front-office duties in our Urgent Care.

As the first point of contact, you will perform check-in, data entry, basic billing tasks, copying/scanning, and monitor supplies. Minimum high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience required; strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of direct customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of direct customer service experience.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (fax, printer, copier, scanner). Computer proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Front desk check-in and appointment scheduling.
• Follow-up with patients and data entry tasks.
• Billing, copying or scanning, and supply monitoring and fulfillment.
