Job summary

BayCare is seeking an Urgent Care Rep in Tampa, FL, for a full-time role. The position includes twelve-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or similar), with a two-days-on/two-days-off rotation and every-other weekend. Primary duties involve patient registrations, collecting charges/payments, and answering questions.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to register patients and collect payments is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient and client registrations.
• Collect charges and payments accurately and promptly.
• Answer questions and distribute information including medical records.
• Work across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Support urgent care operations as needed.
