Job summary

Northwest Healthcare in the Tucson area seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform full-scope diagnostic radiographic procedures in an urgent care setting. You will produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with staff to support efficient patient care.

Required ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS. 1–2 years of radiology experience; urgent care/outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; urgent care/outpatient setting preferred.
• ARRT certification required; state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-scope diagnostic radiographic examinations per orders and protocols.
• Verifies patient identity and provides clear procedural instructions.
• Positions patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure per ALARA.
• Evaluates image quality prior to interpretation submission.
• Operates and maintains radiographic equipment; conducts QC checks.
