Community Health Systems Northwest Urgent Care in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role emphasizes patient safety, ALARA principles, and collaboration with clinicians to support timely care. ARRT and state licensure are required; BLS is also needed. 1–2 years of experience in urgent care or outpatient radiology is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1-2 years of radiologic technologist experience.
• Experience in urgent care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of PACS and EHR workflows.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-scope diagnostic radiographic exams per orders.
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures.
• Position patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure.
• Evaluate images for quality before interpretation.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment and perform QC checks.
• Document procedures in EHR and radiology systems.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality.
