Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as Radiologic Technologist or Limited-Scope Radiologic Technologist is required.
• ARRT certification required; Licensed Radiologic Technician as applicable by state.
• BLS basic life support required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician orders and protocols.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and provide instructions for cooperation.
• Position patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA).
• Evaluate images for quality before interpretation.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment and perform QC checks.
• Document procedures and imaging details in the EHR/Radiology systems.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and privacy standards.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and clinical support activities.
