Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for an Urgent Care Provider – PRN position in Burke and McDowell County. Day shifts with access to UNC Health Blue Ridge Network specialists. Licensed AP in NC or eligibility required; ED/Urgent Care experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and independent collaboration skills are expected. This role offers a flexible PRN schedule within a well-respected regional network, focusing on high-quality urgent care

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina or eligible.
• Prior ED or Urgent Care experience required.

Qualifications

Education/Licensure Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited graduate –level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible.
• Prior experience in ED and or Urgent Care Required
