Job summary

UNC Health in Clayton, NC, is seeking a part-time urgent care nurse practitioner. DESCRIPTION

Under the UNC Health Medical Group, part‑time urgent care nurse practitioner positions are available at the UNC Health Medical Group's urgent care clinics in Clayton, NC. Providers work with an interdisciplinary team and are responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Minimum one year of NP work experience in an acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency department setting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

CLINIC SCHEDULE

• 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday through Saturday
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Flexible part‑time schedule
