Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of the practice.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to practice staff.
• Coordinate physician and staff schedules for coverage and efficiency.
• Serve as on-site Compliance Officer and ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and Baptist Health policy compliance.
• Address compliance concerns and respond to issues reported by patients or staff.
• Conduct periodic inspections for repairs, grounds, maintenance, or equipment needs.
• Evaluate operational needs and recommend equipment and supplies.
