Job summary

IU Health Medical Group is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care team in Bloomington. The role is 2 shifts per week (12-hour shifts) with rotating weekends and clinic hours from 8am to 8pm, including 8am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

100% outpatient care for patients aged 3 months and up, with services spanning injury/illness care, laceration repair, I&D, and EKGs.

Qualifications

• FNP or PA certification required.
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required.
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient care.
• Ages 3 months and up.
• Services offered include injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals.
