Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa, Idaho seeks a full-time Urgent Care physician to lead clinical operations at the Nampa Urgent Care site under the System Medical Director of Urgent Care. The role includes supervising APPs and contributing 5–8 billable administrative hours monthly.

The clinic operates seven days a week from 8am to 10pm and serves a broad mix of adult and pediatric conditions with on-site lab and imaging support.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Idaho with full prescriptive authority (DEA).
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time urgent care clinical practice with 36 direct patient contact hours per week.
• Oversee APPs and supervise urgent care operations.
• Manage administrative responsibilities and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.
