Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a full‑time Urgent Care physician to join a supervisory, collaborative team. You’ll provide 36 direct patient care hours weekly, supervise APPs, and manage clinical workflows under the System Medical Director of Urgent Care.

The Nampa Urgent Care operates daily 8am–10pm with full ancillary support (labs/imaging) and RN/CMA staff, serving adults and children with a broad range of non‑emergent conditions, emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license with Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System.

Responsibilities

• 36 direct patient care hours per week.
• Supervise APPs in a supervisory/collaborative role.
• Insure clinical operational workflows of the Urgent Care site under supervision of System Medical Director of Urgent Care.
• Possible billable administrative hours (5–8 hours per month).
• Provide care for adult and pediatric patients in urgent care setting.
• Clinic open 7 days per week from 8am–10pm.
