St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa, Idaho seeks a full-time Urgent Care physician to lead clinical operations at the Nampa Urgent Care site under the System Medical Director of Urgent Care. The role includes supervising APPs and contributing 5–8 billable administrative hours monthly.
The clinic operates seven days a week from 8am to 10pm and serves a broad mix of adult and pediatric conditions with on-site lab and imaging support.
This full time (1.0 FTE) position is responsible for the clinical operations of the Urgent Care site under the supervision of the System Medical Director of Urgent Care and includes: full time clinical practice consisting of 36 direct patient contact hours per week within the urgent care, oversight of APPs, and additional billable administrative hours (on average 5 – 8 per month).
At our Nampa UC clinic, as with our other urgent care clinics across the health system, patient scope includes a variety of adult and pediatric illnesses and injuries, including but not limited to, simple fractures, lacerations, colds and flu, and other medical conditions not requiring emergency room care. The clinic is open 7 days per week from 8am-10pm.
The Nampa Urgent Care has a full complement of ancillary services including laboratory and imaging, and is supported by RN's and CMA's.
