Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Board-Certified Physician in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care to serve as a clinical leader and supervising physician in our urgent care team. You will mentor APPs, oversee clinical care, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards while delivering high-quality, accessible care to communities in New England.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or relevant area
• Active, unrestricted medical license in state of practice
• DEA registration required
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC); no CPR/ACLS online-only

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care in urgent care setting with patient-centered focus
• Supervise APPs and provide medical oversight per state regulations
• Mentor and support new graduates and other staff
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance; maintain high quality documentation
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize workflow and patient throughput
