Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification required.
• DEA license without restrictions.
• BLS certification required; not accept CPR/ACLS or online-only classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers and allied health staff.
• Provide patient-centered care with thorough assessments and treatments.
• Document using EMR and maintain compliant medical records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for efficient patient flow and dispositions.
• Precept and educate new providers; support continuous professional growth.
