Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts seeks a Board-Certified Physician with Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience to join our urgent care team as a clinical leader, mentor, and supervising provider.

You will oversee APPs, ensure high-quality care, maintain clinical compliance, document in EMR, and lead initiatives to improve patient experience and safety in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers hourly pay in the $120–$140 USD range with productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in emergency medicine or urgent care.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts.
• DEA registration and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership as supervising physician and mentor APPs.
• Deliver comprehensive urgent care evaluations and procedures.
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with staff to improve patient flow, safety, and outcomes.
