Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified Physician to join our urgent care team as a clinical leader, mentor, and supervising provider. You’ll ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and support APPs while maintaining regulatory standards.

You will lead clinical operations, supervise staff, and contribute to ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives across the clinic. Massachusetts licensure, EM/urgent care expertise, and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in EM or urgent care.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts.
• DEA registration and BLS certification required.
• Experience supervising APPs and leading clinical teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in urgent care.
• Provide physician oversight and supervise APPs.
• Mentor and support new graduates and APPs.
• Ensure HIPAA/compliance and high-quality documentation.
