Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking an Urgent Care Physician in Lafayette, Indiana. Join a team with on-site laboratory and radiology, providing care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• MD or DO must be licensed to practice medicine.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine is required/preferred.
• Experience in emergency/urgent care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric populations.
• Perform urgent care and occupational medicine duties including injury/illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals.
• Ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness of medical care provided by physicians and APPs.
• Work 14 clinical shifts per month, with 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation.

Position Details:

• Provide clinical care to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric population

• Responsible for appropriateness, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the medical care provided by our physicians and advanced practice providers
• 14 clinical shifts per month within our Urgent Care practice, 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation
