Piedmont Urgent Care in Perry, GA is seeking talented physicians who are patient-oriented and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The role involves planning and delivering high quality medical care for adults and children, while maintaining documentation and compliance with policies.

You will report to the Regional Medical Director and work toward professional development in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) and Licensed to practice medicine in the state of practice.
• Current DEA registration.
• Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses.
• Experience with reading diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKGs.
• BLS certification (we will provide this if needed).
• Meets eligibility requirements for credentialing set forth by WellStreet Urgent Care.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high quality medical care with appropriate resource management to patients, both adults and children.
• Deliver the highest standard of patient satisfaction at all times.
• Provide patient care within the respective clinical area in compliance with bylaws, rules and Piedmont Urgent Care policies.
• Serve as a resource for patient/family and staff.
• Document and communicate services rendered for appropriate reimbursement.
• Participate in meetings/activities to support urgent care operations.
• Maintain certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS and any additional certifications as required.
• Report to the Regional Medical Director.
