Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet seeks talented, patient-oriented physicians dedicated to delivering exceptional medical care at our new Perry, GA center. The role emphasizes strong patient service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a team that values compassionate care for both adults and children.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in medicine.
• Current DEA registration.
• Experience with suturing and abscess drainage.
• Experience reading X-rays and EKGs.
• BLS certification (provided if needed).
• Credentialing eligibility per WellStreet Urgent Care.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages.
• Deliver service with Piedmont Urgent Care's standards of patient satisfaction.
• Document services accurately and ensure proper reimbursement.
• Provide patient/family education and serve as a resource to staff.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain credentialing and certifications as required.
