Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care in Perry, GA is hiring talented physicians dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This full-time role requires board eligibility/board certification, Georgia license, and DEA registration.

You will provide high-quality urgent care to adults and children, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing professional development. We offer a flexible schedule, malpractice protection with tail coverage, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and a generous bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians in the state of practice.
• Current DEA registration; U.S. medical license in Georgia.
• Suturing and abscess drainage experience required.
• Ability to interpret X-rays and EKGs; BLS certified or to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages.
• Deliver service with courtesy and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Document all services accurately and ensure proper reimbursement.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in center operations.
• Lead and train staff; maintain certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS as needed).
• Report to Regional Medical Director and support urgent care goals.
