Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet seeks talented Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple centers in Georgia. Qualifications

• Active Georgia license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or equivalent
• Advanced degree from an accredited NP/PA program
• Current DEA registration
• Experience with suturing and drainage of abscesses
• Experience reading X-rays and EKGs
• BLS certification (provided if needed)
• Credentialing eligibility per WellStreet Urgent Care
• Urgent care/Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high quality medical care for adults and children
• Deliver patient satisfaction consistent with Piedmont Urgent Care standards
• Provide patient care within clinical area and adhere to policies
• Document services accurately and maintain records
• Complete necessary documentation for appropriate reimbursement
• Participate in meetings and operations of the urgent care
• Maintain certifications (BLS/ACLS/ATLS/PALS/NALS) as required
• Report to Regional VP of Clinical Operations or ACOD
