Job summary

Prisma Health Urgent Care is seeking talented physicians dedicated to exceptional patient service and uncompromising care. The role emphasizes flexible 3-day/12-hour FT schedules, bonus plans, and comprehensive benefits including CME, PTO, and fully covered malpractice.

Physicians will evaluate and provide high-quality care for adults and children, document thoroughly, and maintain professional certifications while collaborating with center physicians and leadership.

Qualifications

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) and Licensed to practice medicine in the state of practice.
• Licensed Physician in accordance with the state of South Carolina.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high quality medical care for adults and children.
• Deliver patient satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
• Provide patient care within Prisma Health Urgent Care policies and procedures.
• Document services accurately and communicate to facilitate care and reimbursement.
• Participate in meetings to support urgent care operations.
• Maintain certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS or NALS as required.
• Report to Regional Medical Director and/or Area Clinical Operations Director.
