Indiana University Health Medical Group in Downtown Indianapolis is seeking an Urgent Care Physician. The role offers leadership and growth opportunities and a favorable work-life balance due to a limited number of required shifts per month.

The position includes on-site Laboratory and Radiology and involves caring for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, with a schedule of 14 clinical shifts per month plus one weekend shift and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO.
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Urgent Care and/or Occupational Medicine experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with DOT and sports physicals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
• Deliver urgent care and occupational medicine services including injury/illness care, minor procedures, workers' compensation, DOT and sports physicals.
• Ensure appropriateness, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of medical care by physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Work 14 clinical shifts per month, with 1 weekend shift per month and holiday rotation.
