Graves-Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Patient Care Tech II to support urgent care operations. You will greet patients, take vital signs, assist with exams, injections, and point-of-care tests under supervision.

The role combines medical assisting, phlebotomy, and administrative tasks, requiring accuracy, compassion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMA, RMA, or EMT certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and triage patients, obtain vitals and history.
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer injections, medications, vaccines, and nebulizers under supervision.
• Perform POCT such as strep, flu, COVID-19, urinalysis, and glucose.
• Conduct EKGs and other diagnostic tests as directed.
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
