WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support urgent care services across our locations. You will collect patient histories, perform vital signs, and assist providers during exams and testing while preserving HIPAA standards.

The role requires phlebotomy where certified, EMR documentation, and strong communication within a fast-paced team. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6+ months as a Patient Care Technician or similar role or equivalent education/certification.
• Preferred Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine and Phlebotomy experience.
• CPR certification is preferred and required by some facilities.

Aufgaben

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab samples if certified.
• Complete paperwork for lab tests and orders.
• Conduct point-of-care tests (strep, influenza, urine analysis, glucose).
• Assist providers with exams and testing and maintain patient flow.
