Carbon Health Santa Clara urgent care clinicians (PA/NP) join a national network in a dynamic, innovative healthcare environment. Part-time or full-time roles with flexible shifts, strong team support, and growth opportunities.

You will provide patient-centered care, perform exams, order tests, and collaborate with peers; benefits include 401(k) match, weekend differential, productivity bonuses, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to your start date.
• BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain clinic flow with 4-5 patients per hour
