Job summary

Carbon Health seeks a part-time or full-time urgent care clinician (PA/NP) to join our national network of clinics. You will provide patient-centered urgent care, work within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment, and have access to supervision when needed.

The role emphasizes efficient patient flow, diagnostic testing, and team-based care across multiple locations with a strong commitment to innovation and clinician support.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT certification and BLS are required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for various urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splinting).
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors for patient care.
• Triage and manage 4–5 patients per hour to maintain clinic flow.
