Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Part-Time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join our national network. You will conduct urgent care assessments, order diagnostics, perform procedures, and collaborate with a high-performing team.

The role offers 2 shifts per week minimum, with a base salary range and potential bonuses, including a 2% 401(k) match and weekend differential. Compensation includes productivity bonuses up to 28% of base and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning in urgent care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, x-rays, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&D, splinting).

Responsibilities

• Conduct urgent care assessments and treatments.
• Order and interpret diagnostics.
• Collaborate with network clinicians and supervisors.
• Manage patient flow with 4-5 patients per hour.
